This notice explains what happens to the details you send through this website. Have it reviewed against the Australian Privacy Principles before relying on it.

What we collect

Your name, email, and anything else you choose to give us in the enquiry form: phone, organisation, site address, council area and project details. We also store a one-way scrambled version of your internet address to stop spam. We can't turn it back into your actual address.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver the work you engage us for, and show you the progress of your enquiry on the tracking page. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Where it's kept

In this website's database, which only CPTED Advisory Group can access through a password-protected staff area. If you become a client, project records are kept for as long as professional and legal obligations require.

Seeing or correcting your details

Email hello@cptedadvisorygroup.au to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have an enquiry deleted.

The website assistant

The chat assistant is automated. Conversations are saved in this website's database so we can follow up and improve answers. To answer you, each message is sent to Anthropic, the provider of the AI model the assistant uses, under their commercial terms. Don't share health, financial or other sensitive details in the chat.

Bookings

When you book a time, your name, contact details, address and the booking time are saved here and added to our Google Calendar, so they are also stored by Google. We use them only to arrange and deliver the booking.

Cookies

The site sets one essential cookie that keeps forms and the chat secure. It has no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser may also remember enquiry references and the current chat on your own device; you can clear these at any time.
